What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?

Independence will work with you. Simply call the office 5 days before your scheduled appointment and we will do our best to reschedule the appointment to accommodate your scheduling needs. If Independence receives less than 5 days’ notice or we can’t access your property , it will be necessary for us to charge the full price of your cleaning. Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. If you wish to cancel your services, please be sure to submit the request in writing to the office staff. Do not inform the service providers of any changes in your schedule. This must be handled directly with management.
